Your Responsibilities

Financial Commitment
You agree to pay the full purchase price and any delivery fees as outlined in your purchase agreement.

Safe Environment & Supervision

• Provide constant supervision appropriate for a young puppy
• Prevent unsupervised outdoor access
• Maintain a secure, puppy-proofed environment

Humane Care Standards

• High-quality nutrition and fresh water
• Appropriate shelter and comfortable bedding
• Regular veterinary care and grooming
• Exercise, mental stimulation, and companionship

Liability Acknowledgement
We cannot be held responsible for damages, injuries, or incidents involving your dog after ownership transfers. Proper training and responsible ownership are your obligation.

Communication
You agree to allow us to periodically check in on your puppy's wellbeing.

Our Guarantees

Health & Documentation

• Puppy is healthy at time of placement, verified by our veterinarian
• Complete AKC registration papers provided
• Sound temperament and appropriate socialization
• Full medical records including vaccinations and deworming history

72-Hour Health Verification

Veterinary Examination Required
Within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, you must have them examined by a licensed veterinarian.

Health-Related Returns
If your vet identifies a significant pre-existing health problem, you may return the puppy for a full refund within 72 hours. We cover return transportation costs. Veterinary documentation required.

Ownership & Rehoming

First Right of Reclaim
If you cannot keep your Great Dane for any reason, you must contact us first. We maintain the right to reclaim ownership and arrange appropriate rehoming. This applies for the dog's entire lifetime.

30-Day Satisfaction Period
Within 30 days, if your puppy isn't the right fit, you may return for a full refund (minus delivery fees) or exchange for a different puppy.

Transfer Approval
Any ownership transfer to a third party requires our written approval.

Prohibited Actions
Your dog may NEVER be:

• Sold or transferred to pet stores, shelters, or rescues (contact us instead)
• Given to research facilities or laboratories
• Used for breeding without written permission
• Placed in fighting, abuse, or neglectful situations

Agreement

By purchasing your Welsh Corgi puppy, both parties agree to these terms and commit to the lifelong wellbeing of the puppy.
